Kit & products

Right pressure, measured products.

We always match pressure, nozzle and product to the substrate — excess pressure causes more damage than dirt does. On fragile surfaces or older buildings, we work patiently rather than brutally.

  • Hot-water pressure washer for grease and atmospheric grime
  • Rotary nozzle, flat nozzle and telescopic lance for high facades
  • Degreasers, anti-moss treatments, wood revivers as appropriate
  • Professional squeegees for windows and verandas
  • Protective sheeting for plants and joinery during pressure work
Frequently asked questions

Your questions about cleaning.

Does pressure washing damage surfaces?

Not if you match the pressure and nozzle to the substrate. On stone or concrete paving, you can run higher pressure; on wood, fragile render or old grouting, you dial it down and use a soft rotary nozzle or a flat fan nozzle. We always test a discreet spot before treating a visible surface.

When should I schedule facade cleaning?

Ideally between April and October in Luxembourg, outside frost. Moss and lichen build up after winter — a preventive treatment in spring followed by a rinse is often more effective than pure pressure washing. If painting is planned afterwards, we run both jobs back-to-back.

What's included in a post-build clean?

Removal of building residue, full dusting (floors, walls, ceilings, ledges), cleaning of accessible interior and exterior windows, floor washing, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen if present. The property is handed over ready to live in or to furnish.

Do you clean gutters?

Yes: moss removal, leaves and debris cleared, downpipes checked, fixings visually inspected. For buildings over one storey, we use a telescopic pole with camera or scaffolding depending on access. Once a year (in autumn) is usually enough.

Do you work for building managers and agencies?

Yes. We work for building managers, estate agents and owners on inventory cleans, end-of-let turnarounds, annual cleans of common areas or facades. Compliant invoicing, scheduled in advance.

What products do you use?

We favour low-impact everyday products (black soap, diluted vinegar, mild degreasers) whenever they're enough. For heavily soiled surfaces (algae, atmospheric grime, grease), we switch to specific technical products at the right dilution, protecting floors, plants and neighbours.
